Keep Learning Outside the Classroom
With a combination of language classes and activities, your days are filled with opportunities to practise your outside the classroom and in the confort of your home or office. These activities provide you with direct learning, virtual excursions, language workshops and activities allow you to learn vocabulary and practise new language in day-to-day life, offering you a balanced and thorough learning schedule. This is your chance to add to your learning with extra language guidance outside the classroom.
Specialised courses
Film and Culture in Society / 8 weeks
Each film represents a decade and is intended to establish a debate focused on the events of that time. Watch and analyse a film in the native language with subtitles and enjoy some conversation of the film and of the moment they represent before and after.
Level required: B2+ (HIGH INTERMEDIATE)

Language for Reading Knowledge / 5 weeks
Course to achieve greater fluency in informal conversations and debates, applying and developing students’ grammatical knowledge, from adapted readings. The objective of the course is to deepen the acquisition of reading strategies, to expand the vocabulary and to practice its use taking care of the different communicative situations (formal or informal).
Level required: B1+ (INTERMEDIATE)

Common grammatical problems / 6 weeks
A course with a special emphasis on those grammatical difficulties most common in the level. Basic contents of grammar are studied to reinforce them while applying the grammatical contents to refer to the present, past and future. The written expression is enhanced.

Language and Composition / 4 weeks
Improves your ability to understand spoken language as well as your own pronunciation and confidence when speaking.

Language in Media Communication / 6 weeks
A study and analysis of Spanish in the mass media: press, radio, television, marketing, cinema and the Internet from an oral and written approximation. Development of techniques for elaborating news, scripts and advertisements, as well as for its publication and editing.

Student Volunteer Group
Become a volunteer tutor today and help a child experiencing homelessness reach their learning goals.
Just one hour a week of virtual tutoring makes a big difference for a student. After completing the application process, you will be matched with a child or youth based on your availability and tutoring skillset. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you become a mentor, friend, and a positive role model to the children you work with.

Cooking Classes
Students will introduce to the language gastronomy and its particularities, with chefs live from the comfort of your own kitchen for fun, hands-on classes that cover everything from mise en place to plating.

Cultural Classes
Understanding language culture encourages students to become competent members of society and develop confidence in their abilities. The class demands students read different texts, as well as linguistic correctness both in oral and written expression.

CONVERSATION SESSIONS
Our conversation courses are aimed at students who wish to develop their fluency in real conversations with native speakers and immerse in different cultural aspects of the language.
Teachers will not work explicitly on grammar. They will encourage you to practice the grammatical skills in our general language courses.

SKILLS CLINICS
Improves your ability to understand spoken language as well as confidence when speaking. Get the chance to pick up tips and pointers to master different language skills. Clinics are in pronunciation, writing and reading.

Social Skills Activities For Teens And Kids
These social events takes place in a digital space, involves six or more people, and allows young learners to communicate interactively, smile, laugh, have fun, and bond across absolutely any distance. Such as: Games, Holiday Events, Virtual Trips, Global Etiquette, Culinary Arts, History of Art, Art masterclasses, etc…
