Build your Spanish language skills and prepare for the internationally recognised Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) exams in order to demonstrate your level of proficiency in the Spanish language for career pathways locally or overseas.

  • Intensive Track (4 times per week): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 5:30PM to 6:30PM
  • Standard Track (twice per week): Tuesday & Thursday; 12:00PM to 1:00PM
  • Light Track (once per week): Saturdays; 9:00AM to 10:00AM

Starting Level:

  • A0 Foundation: For absolute beginners. No Spanish needed — you start here.
  • Experienced learners: Show your last DELE diploma (A2, B1, B2, or C1) or take a CSL live placement test.

DELE Progression Pathway:

At the end of level B1, B2, C1, or C2, you will be eligible to enroll in a 4‑week DELE Preparation Course tailored to the exam level you are ready to take.

To successfully access the courses and be able to follow the online classes at the CSL through Zoom/Teams, students must ensure that they have:

  • A computer with webcam (recommended, although connection by smartphone or tablet is also possible).
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Audio system (speakers and microphone, or headphones and microphone).
  • A quiet, well-lit space minimizes distractions, creating an ideal environment for effective learning.

The DELE diploma is an internationally recognised certification for Spanish, providing students of all ages with a valuable work and study advancement tool. The DELE Spanish diplomas are official qualifications, recognised around the world, valid for life, awarded by Spain’s Instituto Cervantes and the Spanish Ministry for Education, Culture and Sport. Designed for non-native Spanish speakers who want to certify their proficiency in the language.

This fully online programme is built for ambitious learners who want results. Start from A0 foundation level and accelerate all the way to B2 Advanced, C1 Proficient or even C2 Mastery without spending years in a traditional classroom or thousands on overseas immersion with tuition, accommodation, living expenses. Every lesson is designed to build real-world fluency; focusing on how Spanish is used in social and professional settings across the Spanish-speaking world. The CSL certificate is awarded on successful completion of all CEFR levels (A1-B2 or A1-C2). All classes are taught and assessed from day one in 100% Spanish (no other language is allowed in class) by highly qualified native teachers, tutors, and linguists, ensuring that every learner benefits from authentic communication, academic rigor, and real-world expertise from the very first session.

At the end of a CEFR level (B1, B2, C1 & C2), you will be able to take a 4-week DELE Preparation Course for the language level examined (B1, B2, C1 or C2). Our teachers possess extensive experience as DELE examiners and have a longstanding history of administering the examination.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a minimum of three (3) CSEC/CXC passes, including Mathematics and English. Alternatively, applicants may qualify with two (2) CAPE passes or an equivalent secondary school diploma, college, or university qualification.
  • Provide one form of identification (Birth Certificate / National ID card / Passport) is required, and it must be valid for at least six months.
  • Provide one digital passport-sized photo.
  • Submit a completed application form and pay the required tuition deposit.

Note: If you have prior Spanish knowledge and hold a DELE diploma and wish to enrol at a higher level, you must provide a copy of the DELE diploma from the level immediately before the one you are applying for (A2, B1, B2 or C1) or take a CSL Live placement test. This requirement does not apply to absolute beginners.
