Some of the evaluation components include projects, assignments and oral presentations, which test the four language skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. To qualify for the final assessment and capstone project, you must attend at least 80% of your 1-to-1 sessions. In order to get a Pass, students must obtain at least 70% of the overall grade.

On successful completion of levels (B1, B2, C1 & C2), you’ll earn the Certificate of Completion awarded by the CSL, valid for one year. After that, a placement test may be required to continue. 

Certificates of Completion are prerequisites for the next higher level and will be considered as such for a period of one (1) year. After a year has elapsed, students may have to take a placement test to move forward.
